A few things to know before you book!
Booking Information
You can inquire about booking a wedding consultation with the form below.
The cost for the consultation is $50 for 1 hour. You will be provided with 4 cake jars (or cupcakes) of available flavors.
Additional jars or cupcakes can be added to the tasting session for an additional fee.
Availability for consultations falls within our normal business hours.
Delivery
Delivery may be offered depending on availability of team members.
The cost of delivery is the federal mileage rate for round trip plus $15/man hour of setup, or minimum fee of $40, whichever is higher.
Typical delivery and setup includes two people and lasts up to 1 hour.
Setup
Please let us know if you have been approved for delivery and would like for the Five Forks team members to either drop off the cake
or stay for completing setup of the final dessert table.
We do not provide any cake stands, display items, or decorative pieces for the dessert table.
Cake Toppers/Flowers/Accessories
We would prefer to help you finish your cake by adding these items prior to finalizing the dessert.
Please provide all necessary toppers/flowers/accessories a minimum of 1 business day prior to your collection or delivery date.
Fondant or Licensed Characters
We work exclusively with buttercream and do not add or design anything specifically licensed or copy written.
We absolutely work within inspiration of fandoms and are happy to work with you to come up with an appropriate design for your dessert.
Inspiration Pictures
We love to see what beautiful creations inspire you and absolutely welcome you to send us pictures, color palettes, vision boards etc to help us bring your vision to life. Just know that we will not copy any specific design.
